Item Description:

Meet Timon, Roxanne, Dalia and Kelly. These colorful and precious owls sit about 6,5 cm tall and look at the world with curious and mischievous black eyes.

They belong to the first generation of Tiny owls and were made back when my stock of furry fabrics was limited to only a handful of colors. Each owl has a tiny silk loop on top of its head that is hidden among the fur. It can be used to attach a string for easy hanging.

Materials and production:

These little cuties have been made in an environment free of cigarette smoke and perfume, but not entirely pet free as I have a cat.

Timon has a black body with a red belly and a white face. Both body and belly are made from regular faux fur with a pile length of around 12 mm and 10 mm respectively. The face is made from minky and has a pile length of around 5 mm. These fur lengths, combined with the tiny size, makes for very fluffy and utterly adorable owl. The grey beak is made from synthetic suede, a fabric resembling brushed leather. Timon's eyes measure 7 mm across and are made of glass. They are attached with embedded wire loops and are NOT safety eyes. Timon's body is lightly stuffed with polyester filling. 

Roxanne has a rose colored body with a bluish green belly and a grey face. The body is made from regular faux fur with a pile length of around 12 mm. The belly has a slightly shorter pile and is made from higher quality fur. The face is made from minky and has a pile length of around 5 mm. These fur lengths, combined with the tiny size, makes for very fluffy and utterly adorable owl. The grey beak is made from synthetic suede, a fabric resembling brushed leather. Roxanne's eyes measure 7 mm across and are made of glass. They are attached with embedded wire loops and are NOT safety eyes. Roxanne's body is lightly stuffed with polyester filling.

Usage:

These plush are best used as an ornamental pieces for indoors decoration purposes. They are not suitable as toys and should be kept away from young children and pets at all times. Although they may look like regular toys, they are artist made plush. They cannot be washed if they get dirty and may easily get damaged.
